29/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the creation of a joint venture in the mobile telecommunications sector between the American companies Bell South Corp. and SBC Communications Inc. The European competition services have noted that the operation, notified last 25 April, will have no consequences in the European Economic Area market.
