T-ONLINE, the Internet access provider of DEUTSCHE TELEKOM, is said to be set to acquire FREESERVE, the leader of Internet access providers held by the DIXONS material distributor, for the sum of 650 pence per share, or a total of `6.5 billion, it is announced in The Sunday Times.
