Brussels, 29/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The state of progress of the liberalisation of the gas and electricity markets will be the main point on the agenda of the Energy Council that will take place this Tuesday 30 May in Brussels, under the Presidency of the Portuguese Secretary of State for Industry and energy, Victor Santos.
