Brussels, 11/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised subject to conditions the creation of the largest European aviation and defence group, EDAS, between the German DaimlerChrysler AG (DASA), the French Lagardére (Aserospatial-Matra), the French State and Construcciones Aeronautocas (CASA, member of the Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales, SEPI).
