The Italian company MAGNETI MARELLI (turnover of EUR 4 billion in 1999 with 25,600 employees in 23 countries) has concluded an agreement with Spain's FICOSA INTERNATIONAL (turnover of EUR 416 million in 1999 with 4,200 employees) under which it will sell its rear-view mirror division, which had turnover of EUR 143 million in 1999 with a workforce of 1,000. This operation is worth around EUR 70 million.
