Brussels, 11/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The spokesperson for Commissioner Fritz Bolkenstein confirmed his intention to invite, on the 24 May, the Commission to propose to the Council to increase the number to 30% of the volume the liberalisation of the postal services.
