11/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - Between 4 and 9 May, the UEF (Union of European Federalists) and the JEF (Young European Federalists) campaigned in around 100 EU towns and a few applicant countries for a European Constitution in an enlarged Union. It is time to complete Robert Schuman's "pilot project", declared Paolo Vacca, President of JEF, on this occasion.
