Threat of a veto on the Treaty of Nice

Vienna, 26/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - Austria's Finance Minister Karl-Heinz Grasser said in an interview published on Wednesday by Der Standard that Austria has the "power" to delay conclusion of the Intergovernmental Conference on institutional reform of the EU, slated for December in Nice.
