Following its taking a 20% stake in FIAT (see EI of 15 March), GM - GENERAL MOTORS is, with its Italian partner, to launch two joint-ventures, one specialised in joint purchases and the other in motorisation, in liaison with OPEL, European subsidiary of GM.
