Luxembourg, 27/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Philippe Leger has handed down his conclusions in a case between the British State Secretariat of the Environment of the management of the Port of Bristol (the company First Corporate Shipping) over implementation of the European directive on the protection of habitats, fauna and flora of 1992, commonly known as Directive "Natura 2000".
