German PREUSSEN ELEKTRA AG has signed an agreement with the Polish groups KULCZYK HOLDING and PSE - POLSKIE SIECI ELEKTROENERGETYCZNE SA concerning the creation of a joint venture called POLENERGIA, which will be responsible for exporting electricity from Poland to Germany.
