Lisbon / Brussels, 27/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The spokesman's service for the EU Council President, Jaime Gama, commented on the result of presidential elections in Russia, hoping that President Putin would avail himself of the conditions for undertaking reform policy in a democratic context with Russia's full integration in the international community.
