27/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised France Teeldcom to take sole control of the joint company Global One, which it held with Deutsche Telekom and Sprint. Even though there are overlaps, the Commission notes that this operation does not really alter the market's structure as the French company already had large share in Global One.
