Brussels, 21/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - Stating that he expects a great deal from the Intergovernmental Conference which opened on 14 February, the president of the European Management Confederation (EMC/CEC), Maurizio Angelo, made several remarks on behalf of his confederation, on the Commission's opinion relating to the IGC.
