Spain's ENDESA has concluded an agreement with the US firm COMMERCE ONE and PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS CONSULTING for the creation of a venture specialised in electronic commerce in Spain, Europe and Latin America. ENDESA is expected to own 78% of the venture, in which it will invest USD 3 billion the first year .
