Madrid, 21/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - Spanish Prime Minister José Maria Aznar has written to his Portuguese colleague Antonio Guterres to transmit to him the contribution that his country will be making to the preparation of the extraordinary summit of Lisbon next month.
