On 26 March, EU27 will be invited to vote on whether EU should participate in US ‘Pax Silica’ semiconductor project

On 26 March, the European Commission will ask the Council of the European Union to vote on the EU’s participation in the US administration’s ‘Pax Silica’ project, according to a public agenda.

More specifically, it concerns the Commission’s intention to enter into discussions with the US State Department regarding participation in the ‘Pax Silica’ initiative on semiconductors.
