European Council urged to welcome adoption of €90 billion loan for Ukraine, according to preliminary work

On Wednesday 4 March, the Permanent Representatives of the EU Member States will discuss preparations for the European Council meeting on 19 and 20 March, with an exchange of views on the basis of guidelines for preparing the conclusions.

And these guidelines anticipate, at this stage, an agreement on the €90 billion support loan for 2026 and 2027 for Ukraine.
