European leaders call for a strengthened regional dimension in future CAP

At a high-level dialogue on Tuesday 3 March, organised by the Chair of the Commission for Natural Resources (NAT) of the European Committee of the Regions (CoR), Poland’s Piotr Całbecki (EPP), local, regional, national and European leaders expressed their reservations about the proposals for the post-2027 Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

The proposal provides for the integration of the CAP into the National and Regional Partnership Plans (NRPPs) 2028-2034.
