Raffaele Fitto, the Commission’s Executive Vice-President responsible for Cohesion and Reform, explained that he hoped to propose three strategies before the conclusion of discussions on the next Multiannual Financial Framework on Monday 2 March, at a meeting in Luxembourg with the EU’s Court of Auditors.
