24/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – The EU’s agri-food trade remained stable in June 2025, with the trade deficit rebounding slightly but remaining lower than last year due to higher import prices, according to the latest monthly report on EU agri-food trade, published on Wednesday 24 September by the European Commission. Exports totalled €19.1 billion, down 4% on May but up 2% year-on-year, buoyed by exports to the UK (€27.6 billion, up 5%). Exports to China fell by 10%. Imports totalled €15.3 billion, down 10% on May but up 15% on last year, mainly from Côte d'Ivoire, Canada, China and Brazil. Link to the report: https://aeur.eu/f/il9 (LC)
