European Commission launches call for proposals to support media covering European affairs to tune of €7.4 million

22/07/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 22 July, the European Commission launched a new call for proposals to support independent European-level media covering European affairs. The €7.4 million funding is for “the production and curation of news and factual programming”. The funds will be allocated to two to four projects from early 2026, for a period of 24 months.
