European Commission launches a consultation process on future of EU procedures for enforcing competition rules

10/07/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 10 July, the European Commission launched a call for contributions and a public consultation (https://aeur.eu/f/ht8) on the future of the Union’s procedures for enforcing EU competition rules.
