Bruegel think-tank calls on EU to create new international architecture with greater involvement of emerging countries

On Tuesday 1 July, think tank Bruegel published a position paper calling on the European Union to take the lead in a new international architecture for action on climate and nature, in collaboration with emerging economies.

The ‘Paris Report 2025’ study, carried out in partnership with the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), supports an approach that would enable the economic interests of Global North and Global South countries to converge.
