Workers dismissed after closure of chip manufacturer BelGaN to receive €930,000 in EU aid to help them find new employment

07/07/25 (Agence Europe)Workers dismissed in Belgium after the closure of chip manufacturer BelGaN are set to benefit from EU support through the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) in the amount of €930,000, according to a proposal adopted by the Commission on Monday 7 July.
