Insurance Europe calls for simplification of draft regulation on financial data sharing to avoid excessive costs

18/06/25 (Agence Europe) – In a press release issued on Tuesday 17 June, Insurance Europe, the European insurance and reinsurance federation, said that the draft regulation on access to financial data (FIDA) (see EUROPE B13654A21) needed to be simplified as a matter of urgency if it was to achieve its objectives without unnecessarily increasing burdens on businesses.
