In an Opinion delivered on Thursday, 5 June (Case C-769/22), Advocate General Tamara Ćapeta considered the Hungarian law adopted in June 2021 that restricts access to content depicting LGBTIQ+ people (see EUROPE B12994A1 and B12742A21) to be in violation of European Union law.
