Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov set to make first EU visit since Ukraine invasion

04/12/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 4 December, Russia announced that its Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Lavrov, would be travelling to Malta on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 December for the meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
