European Commission launches calls for projects worth €112 million, relating to artificial intelligence and quantum research and innovation

23/04/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 23 April, the European Commission announced the launch of several calls for proposals under the Horizon Europe digital, industrial and space work programme for 2023-2024, to stimulate research and innovation in artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum technologies. More than €65 million in funding will support AI-related research projects. In addition, €40 million will be invested to support research into cutting-edge quantum technologies worldwide. Finally, a further €7.5 million will be devoted to projects that support European values and put citizens at the centre of the digital transformation. Link to calls: https://aeur.eu/f/bwr (EV)
