European Commission authorises €550 million Italian aid scheme to replace fossil fuels in industrial processes

30/01/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 30 January, the European Commission announced that it had authorised an Italian aid scheme worth €550 million to support investment in replacing methane and other fossil fuels in industrial processes with ‘renewable’ hydrogen.
