EU Trade Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis extolled the benefits of a solid transatlantic relationship in a speech to the US Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday 30 January, but also expressed regret at the lack of agreement on the sensitive issue of steel and aluminium tariffs.
