All systems are go for EU approval of Lufthansa rescue package

The supervisory board of the German airline Lufthansa has finally agreed to comply with the quid pro quos required by the European Commission with regard to State aid. After opposing the bailout plan a few days ago, it announced on Monday 1 June that it had approved the new version.
