Experts call for ambitious draft legislation to encourage e-invoicing

Brussels, 21/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - Experts from a high level EU group on cutting red tape published a report at the end of October 2008 recommending that the European Commission unveil ambitious draft legislation on e-invoicing (see Europe 9670). Announced by the European Commission in its Small Business Act, draft legislation is expected to be unveiled in December 2008 to scrap 'pointless rules' and 'allow companies across Europe to make the most of potential savings by using...
