Brussels, 21/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 20 November, the Council adopted a decision proclaiming 2009 the “European Year for Creativity and Innovation”. The aim of the Year is to support member states' efforts to promote creativity through education and lifelong learning, as a driving force for innovation and as an essential factor for the development of professional and entrepreneurial skills.
