Brussels, 21/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 19 November, the European Parliament adopted the report by Piia-Noora Kauppi (EPP-ED, Finland) on the draft directive amending two European directives (68/151/EEC and 89/666/EEC) on company law (see EUROPE 9643). It approved the text brought forward by the legal affairs committee without amendment.
