21/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 18 November, the European Parliament adopted the report by Angelika Niebler (EPP-ED, Germany) endorsing the setting in place of a joint venture for achieving the European system for a new generation of air traffic control (SESAR - Single European Sky air traffic management and research) (see EUROPE 9759). The report was adopted by 607 to 18 and 12 abstentions. (A.By./transl.jl)
