Eneko Landaburu says developing human capital and mobility is key to EU's ability to act in EuroMed region

Luxembourg, 21/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) held a seminar on human capital in Luxembourg on 18 and 19 November 2008 in connection with EuroMed cooperation under FEMIP (the EuroMed investment and partnership fund).
