Luxemburg, 29/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice has set up an ad hoc working group, to consider the creation of a code of conduct which would require judges and former judges to declare their financial interests (stock exchange, consultancy contracts). This working group is made up of judges Jann and Schintgen and Advocates General Ruuiz-Jarabo and Sharpston.
