21/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - It is necessary to point out two things regarding the article on the cost of non-Constitution in EUROPE 9268. As we mentioned, the Chairman of the EP Committee on Constitutional Affairs, Jo Leinen, urges for a slimmer text for the Constitution taking up Parts I and II and only the articles of Part III that have really introduced something new compared to the Nice Treaty.
