Seillière calls on Commission not to allow itself to be sucked into current wait-and-see climate

Brussels, 21/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - In an interview with La Tribune on Thursday, the president of the European employers' association (UNICE), Ernest-Antoine Seillière, calls on the Commission to continue in its efforts to reactivate the internal market and lighten the regulations. “The Commission has managed to create fresh interest in the Lisbon Agenda and reforms among Member States”, he said, noting progress in Germany and France.
