Brussels, 21/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the Commission decided to extend the new generalised system of preferences "promoting sustainable development and good governance", GSP+, to 15 additional countries. This system guarantees access to the EU market with neither duty nor quotas.
