Acquisition of Georgia-Pacific by Koch Industries given go-ahead

Brussels, 21/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved a deal in which the US oil and chemical services company Koch Industries Inc. (Koch) will buy up all of Georgia-Pacific Corporation (Georgia-Pacific), that makes paper, packaging and building products.
