21/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of De Post NV-La Poste SA of Belgium by Post Invest Europe Sàrl, jointly controlled by the CVC group (CVC) of Luxembourg and Post Danmark A/S of Denmark, and the Belgian State. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
