Commission unveils 'Policy Plan on Legal Migration' with aim of attracting highly qualified workers - Importance of integrating immigrants

Brussels, 21/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission unveiled its 'Policy Plan on Legal Migration' 2006-2009, listing measures and legislation it is planning to introduce for legal immigration. Franco Frattini said the initiatives would ensure highly qualified workers would be able to come to the EU with rapid administrative procedures.
