21/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted to the acquisition of sole control of the Natural Products division of Safic Alcan SAS (Safic NP) of France by E D & F Man Holdings (Man) of the UK. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
