Brussels, 08/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - 'Moving Forward' was Commissioner Vladimir Spidla's message at the ministerial meeting in Birmingham (see Europe 9062) on problems facing women at work, attended by Rache Mayanja, special equal opportunities advisor to United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan.
