Brussels, 08/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission sent warning letters to the governments of Bulgaria and Romania, calling upon both candidate countries immediately to speed up the adoption and implementation of European legislation (community acquis) in sectors described as "of particular concern" in the regular reports on the Commission, which were published on 25 October (see EUROPE 9056 of 26 October).
