Brussels, 08/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - As expected, the 8 November ECOFIN Council endorsed the European Commission's recommendation noting that for the second time in a row, Hungary has failed to take suitable measures to effectively correct its budget deficit (see Europe 9053).
