Brussels, 08/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 7 November, the EU25 foreign ministers approved 'the conclusion of an agreement between the EU and Albania on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation'. The readmission agreement was signed in Luxembourg on 14 April on the fringes of the Justice and Home Affairs Council, stipulating that each country will accept back citizens living illegally in another signatory state in line with conditions and procedures set out in the agreement.
