08/11/2005 (Agence Europe) -On 7 November in Brussels, President of the Council of the EU, Jack Straw, together with the Spanish Minister for foreign affairs, Miguel Angel Moratinos, signed the administrative agreement between the Council and Spain officially authorising the use of languages other than Castilian (Spanish), and which are recognised by the Spanish Constitution, at the Council of Ministers.
